My work is for personal and commercial use.

My batches reopen roughly every month.*

I always send a single wip at the start before proceeding any further.

I don't do first come first serve.

I may take up to 1-2 months to complete your commission.

You're welcome to ask to receive updates with every step in the process, not just the sketch.

I don't do chargebacks or refunds. But if I don't finish work at the end of 2 months since accepting your inquiry, I will issue a full refund.

Following that: I WILL NOT accept every form I receive and I hold the right to decline without explanation.

Both PayPal invoices and Ko-Fi donations work. Please be aware that if the inquiry ends up costing more than ~$150, invoicing you will be preferable.

You have 48h to pay your invoice before I cancel your order.

By default, my work is for personal use only. Any possibility of commercial use can be accessed through a private discussion.

Please keep in mind that the commercial use fees will ultimately raise the price of your commission (2x or 3x more depending on the scale of the project.)

Using my art as merch. Print it on mugs, stickers, and posters. T-shirts and such.

Selling my work as prints.

Using my designs in stories; books and webcomics that later may be profitable.

Using my art for Twitch, YouTube, and streams of any kind that will be used for profit as well as using it for any Vtubing purposes.

Using my designs as concepts for Vtube models.

I do not do refunds once the commission process has begun. You may ask for a refund before the invoice or Ko-Fi donation has been issued.

Claiming dissatisfaction with the finished commission does not warrant a refund as the client has had the entire process of the project to voice their concerns. Doing this will result in blacklisting.

I always send out a wip before I proceed with inking your commission, but if by any chance you'd request a complete restart of your commission, you will be issued an additional fee.

I do not allow chargebacks. If worse comes to worst and I'm unable to complete your inquiry within the estimated timeframe I will fully refund you. Depending on my situation, the refund may be done in full or I might have to set up a short repayment plan with you.

It may take me up to 1-2 months to complete your commission, depending on commission complexity, workload and my health - where the latter can surprise me with a migraine attack, causing a setback that can last over 2 weeks - this timeframe can be vastly extended.

Both rush and deadline inquiries are subject to a fee.

The client will always receive a wip of the commission before I proceed with inking/colouring.

The client may request more than one wip through the entire process without any additional fees required (e.g. lineart wip, colouring wip etc.).

The first 3 revisions are without fees. Beyond that, every next change will be charged with a fee of +$12 each.

Major revisions such as ones that will require going back to the sketch and redoing a lot of my inking and colouring: will be met with bigger charges.

All the prices listed are just base prices, as your commission may be subject to a complexity fee.

Each extra character is +100% of the base price plus any complexity fees if applicable.

Private orders require the privacy fee of +$30.

By commissioning me you acknowledge that you will not be receiving any physical products from me. Customers only receive the commission in a digital form as a .png file at 300 dpi.

You may post the commission as long as credit is given.

You may add any background you'd like to my work.

You may use my work as an avatar or a header. You also may crop it into 1:1 to fit your needs.

You may not edit my work in any way other than adding a background.

You do not have the right to resell my work or use it commercially without the commercial fee included.

You do not have the right to use my work for AI training or NFT minting. I also refuse services to anyone associated with generative AI and Crypto.

I have the right to decline your inquiry without any explanation.

I retain the full rights to my art therefore can use it any way I please. This includes but is not limited to:

Streaming my process both on my Patreon and Twitch.

Using the WIP and finished work as advertisement, both on social media and within my Commission Sheets.

Recording my process both for speedpaints and as a short timelapse for my Patreon.
